Tours of the fire stations and public education requests can be made by filling out the below form.

How to submit your request

Step 1

To request for the Kyle Fire Department to attend an event to perform a Fire Engine Presentation, Fire Safety Presentation, or a presentation and/or participation of the like, you must fill out the Event Attendance Request Form in its entirety for your request to be considered for placement on the Department’s internal schedule.

Step 2

Submit the completed Event Attendance Request Form by fax, email, or in person at least one week prior to the date of the event in which you are requesting the Department’s attendance and/or participation. Requests received less than one week prior to the date of the event will be submitted to the Fire Chief for approval of attendance and/or participation by the Department. Information for submitting the form by fax, email, or in person can be found on the Event Attendance Request Form.

Step 3

Once the completed form has been submitted and approved, you will receive an email stating whether or not the Department will be able to attend and/or participate in your event. If you have not received this email within three (3) days of submission, please feel free to contact Freddy Rolon either by email at frolon@kylefire.com or by phone at (512) 268-3131.
Additional Information
With our first priority being the emergency response needs of our community and due to the increase of those needs, the Kyle Fire Department cannot guarantee attendance and/or participation in any scheduled event. While all efforts are made to attend requested events, it is not always possible. You will be asked to provide a contact name and phone number so that you may be notified if the Department’s participation in an event must be delayed and/or rescheduled. You may also contact Freddy Rolon at either of the methods provided in Step 3 at least 15 minutes before the time of your event to see if the Department is still running on schedule. While this does not guarantee that an emergency response need will not occur in the remaining time before your event, it will give you an idea if the Department is still running on schedule.
